Q. We are interested in having Brandom Kitchens & Bath Centre design our new kitchen or bathroom. Where do we start?

From the traditional to the more contemporary, Brandom’s showroom is filled with wonderful design ideas that are sure to impress. Brandom’s design professionals want to exceed your expectations by creating an elegant, unique kitchen or bathroom. Don’t leave without an appointment for our no obligation design and quotation service where the primary focus of the meeting is to develop a clear picture of your personal tastes, preferences and develop a comprehensive “wish list” for your project. Your designer will take detailed measurements of your home and the information from this meeting will be used to create a custom design personalized for you. The designer will use your feedback and your investment goals to design your unique space.

Q. After you have measured our space, how can we see our vision for our project come to life?

Brandom Kitchens & Bath Centre uses the latest Computer Assisted Design software to produce both a floor plan and detailed colour images of your kitchen or bathroom. This feature allows you to preview the design, colour and layout, and make decisions or changes while you are still at the design stage. This service is part of Brandom’s no obligation design and quotation service. Many clients mention that looking at the various elevations and views greatly assisted in the decision making process and allowed them to visualize the finished product. Of course this feature is part of our no obligation design and quotation service. With the help of your designer, you will make selections such as wood species, door style, door finish, hardware, accessories, countertop colour, flooring, lighting, backsplash treatments, paint colours and material that fit your vision.

Q. What time frame should I expect my renovation project to last?

The time frame for a kitchen or bathroom project varies depending on the scope of the renovation and the products chosen. Once your design is finalized and products are chosen your Design Consultant can provide you with an estimated time frame.

The average time frame for a kitchen that includes a new tiled floor, cabinets, lighting and a granite countertop is 4 to 6 weeks (there is a 2 week waiting period for the installation of the countertop after templating). The average time frame for a full bathroom renovation is 2 to 3 weeks.

Q. I am very eco-conscious, do you practice green-friendly building techniques?

Most of Brandom Kitchens & Bath Centre’s eco-friendly products include low flow kitchen and bathroom faucets and showers as well as dual flush toilets.

Elmwood Kitchens, one of our cabinet manufacturers, is part of the (ESP) Environmental Stewardship Program. Eco By Cosentino Solid Surface countertops are made of 75% recycled content bound by environmental resins.
